The receptionists and administrative assistants at Llan Healthcare are essential for the day-to-day running of the practice. They are the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with appointments, repeat prescriptions, administrative advice and are responsible for the organisation of information flowing in and out of the practice.
Please treat our staff with the same respect you would expect to receive.
Our staff should be able to come to work without fear of violence, abuse, harassment or discrimination from patients or their relatives. We have a zero tolerance policy for these behaviours and we have the right to remove patients from our practice list and notify the police.
