Stress Control & Action for Living courses are going to be running through June and July, equipping people with techniques to help deal with stress, and distressing and difficult thoughts.

ACT-ion for Living teaches you psychological skills to help you live with distress & difficult thoughts and feelings: Every Wednesday from 13th June – 4th July 6pm – 8pm

Stress Control course is a course designed to help people learn to control their stress better: Every Monday from 11th June – 16th July – 1pm 3pm
